Andrew has extensive experience in the application of geotechnical research and implementing it into practice. He gained a PhD in geotechnical engineering from the University of Southampton, then worked in consulting for 4 years in the UK, and after that as Assistant Professor of geotechnical engineering at Frederick University Cyprus for 12 years. He founded the consultancy Geofem in 2007 which specialises in geotechnical numerical analysis and satellite remote sensing. Now he undertakes R&D for Tensar where’s he developed the T-Value methodology for working platforms & now the new LAAMS design methodology.
