Michal Golos

Michal is a Civil Engineer with a M.Sc. degree in Pavement Engineering, graduated at Gdansk University of Technology. For almost 20 years he was working for the company representing Tensar business across Poland. In 2016 he joined the newly established branch of Tensar in Poland, where firstly, as Design Manager and then as BD, was technically supporting the Polish commercial sales team. Since 2020 he has been working as ATM AI for EMEA, where his main role is developing Tensar-made structural geocomposites and other asphalt interlayers. He coordinates research activites on asphalt products as well as supports both design and comercial teams mostly across EMEA, and AP region as well.
